Step 1

Install from Shopify App Store

Click 'Add app' on the Shopify App Store and approve permissions for reading products and order statuses. You will automatically receive a 30-day free trial.

Step 2

Activate App Embed in Theme Editor

In your Shopify Admin, navigate to Online Store > Themes > Customize. Click the 'App Embeds' tab on the left menu bar, locate 'AxG AI Sales Assistant', and toggle it ON.

Step 3

Customize & Click 'Save Settings' (CRUCIAL)

Open the AxG AI Sales Assistant dashboard in your Shopify Admin. Configure your bot settings and click 'Save Settings'. THIS IS CRUCIAL: Clicking 'Save Settings' generates your AI Chatbot model, indexes your product catalog, and registers your store credentials!

Step 4

Test Live Chat on Your Store

Visit your storefront, click the widget launcher, and ask product recommendations, shipping questions, or order status queries to verify real-time responses.
